Case study achieving a 75% reduction in occupied space for transport packaging and transport wrapping.
Revising the rack cover (thin sheet metal) cart! Achieved significant space-saving as well.
We would like to introduce a case where we proposed improvements in quality and a 75% reduction in space within the factory by standardizing and unifying the transport carts for rack covers. In this instance, we were consulted about the occurrence of product defects during the packaging process for large thin sheet metal products, as well as the issue of occupying unnecessary space in the factory due to the diverse lineup of product sizes, which required dedicated boxes for flat placement each time. In response, we designed and proposed a unified vertical cart for racks of different sizes, along with size-different Miniform laminated products to secure the covers. As a result, work efficiency improved, quality issues were resolved, and since four sheets of thin metal can be placed on each cart, significant space savings were also achieved. 【Case Overview】 ■ Size: W2000mm × D20mm × H1000mm ■ Additional Function: Efficiency and space-saving through the unification of rack carts ■ Material: Steel (baked paint) ■ Industry: Manufacturing (sheet metal processing) ■ Product Category: Rack products *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
